yes - this is a LAW - exactly like science and physics are full of laws...

When we think of something, and when we really do think of something for a long time, our mind starts to
focus on that particular thing ... and little by little from the millions of signals our brain receptor gets, some filters start to play their role, little by little we perceive only things related to our specific thought... this is what happens, little soon you find yourself in discussions only related to that specific topic, and very soon you'll find owning the car of your dreams, or making love with her - the perfect girl for you- even if she will wear glasses ;) she will be perfect...

Now, suppose we perceive some new experience for us, then the neural network may influence and interact with other neural networks from our brain - so a new experience is born...

The idea is simple, let's take one idea from the philosophy and ideas of quantum physics.

A subatomic particle for instance can suffer quantum lips... These quantum lips can generate a new position or super position into the atom, it - the particle - can for instance make a leap from one energy field to another energy field - in a spontaneous way.

What does it mean then a quantum leap into the human mind ? For instance we can spontaneously jump from one state of mind to another.. how? using triggers.. some external or even internal stimulus can trigger our mind to change its state...
